Drone filming for properties, marinas and yachts
We film 4K aerial shots by drone for luxury real estate agencies, yachting companies and premium brands in Catalonia. Flights are carried out by qualified pilots, always in line with current regulations. We plan each one around the location and airspace restrictions, and build the footage into reels, website films and ads.
Why an aerial shot changes perception
A property or a yacht isn’t sold on its interior alone. It’s sold on the place: the light, the distance to the sea, the greenery, the privacy, the way out of the marina. An aerial shot shows in three seconds what a photo can’t explain. Done well, it sets the scene and makes the rest of the video make sense.
What we film by drone
- Properties and estates: the setting, views, plot, pool, access and relationship with the landscape.
- Marinas and yachts: leaving and entering port, shots under way, the yacht at anchor and the coastline around it.
- Hotels, restaurants and venues: the location, the terrace, the arrival.
- Brands and events: openings and closings with scale and context.
How we work
Before the flight
All flights are flown by qualified pilots, always within current regulations. We review the location, the airspace and local restrictions: nearby airports, urban areas, marinas and protected natural spaces. Where needed, we apply for permissions or adapt the plan. We also choose the light: on the Catalan coast, early morning and late afternoon give the cleanest results.
On the day
We fly shots designed for the edit, not at random: slow, precise moves, heights that explain the space, and transitions that cut with the ground shots. The drone is part of the overall shoot, alongside the cinema camera and the gimbal.
Afterwards
We grade the colour so aerial and ground shots feel like the same film, and deliver each piece in the formats you need.
Where we fly most often
On the Costa Brava and the Maresme, with their coastline, marinas and homes with land. In Barcelona the airspace is far more restricted; we plan well ahead or tell the story with other tools.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly anywhere?
No. Some areas are restricted or need authorisation, such as the surroundings of airports, much of central Barcelona, some marinas and natural parks. We check before committing to an aerial shot and, if it isn’t possible, suggest alternatives.
What happens if it’s windy or raining on the day?
Safety comes first. If wind or rain make flying unsafe, we move the aerial part to another day and use the session for ground shots.
Can you film interiors with a drone?
In large, controlled spaces, yes, with small drones and great care. For most interiors, though, a gimbal gives a cleaner and safer result.
Can the footage be used on property portals and websites?
Yes. We deliver vertical versions for social media and horizontal ones for your website, portals and sales presentations.
