A video agency that’s small by choice, with a cinema eye
Lead Agency is a social media video agency based in Sant Pol de Mar, on the Maresme coast north of Barcelona, founded by Guerau Campabadal. We work with a few brands at a time, for premium and luxury businesses in Catalonia, and handle the whole process ourselves: strategy, scripting, filming, editing and publishing.
Why we exist
We kept seeing two things that didn’t add up. On one side, companies with an excellent product (homes, yachts, services) that looked like everyone else on social media. On the other, agencies that measured their work by how much they posted. Lead was set up to do the opposite: less content, very well thought through and very well shot, with the aim of building brands people remember.
How we work
- A few brands at a time. So we can get to know each business properly and be demanding with every piece.
- No middlemen. The person you talk to is the person directing your content, from script to publishing.
- Method. Review, strategy and scripts, filming and editing, publishing and data. Every month better than the last.
- Respect for your time. We fit filming into one to three shoots a month.
The team
Guerau Campabadal is the founder of Lead Agency, in charge of strategy, direction and the client relationship: the person you’ll speak to from the first meeting.

The kit
We film with a cinema camera and interchangeable lenses, a gimbal, a 4K drone, film lighting (softboxes and umbrellas) and wireless microphones. Kit doesn’t make a good video, but it does let a well-thought-out idea reach the screen at the standard your clients expect.
Where we are
In Sant Pol de Mar, on the Maresme coast. We film often in Barcelona and on the Costa Brava, and travel elsewhere in Catalonia when a project needs it.
