Frequently asked questions
Why a minimum three-month commitment?
Because social media rewards consistency. The first three months are for building a solid presence, testing formats and doubling down on what works.
What happens after three months?
We review the results with you and decide together whether to carry on as we are, change plan or adjust the volume.
When will I get the first video?
The first video is delivered one to two weeks after the first shoot. From then on, volume follows what each plan sets out.
Can I have more than three shoots a month?
No. Every plan has a maximum of three shoots a month: that’s the pace that lets us do each piece properly without taking up too much of your time.
Do you also handle comments?
Comments are usually handled by the client, because we don’t have access to the account. If you’d like us to do it and give us access, we can.
